The City of Napa is in receipt of your November 22, 2019 Public Records Act request. City staff has identified the remaining responsive records related to the first portion of your request regarding the “Most up to date Facilities Condition Audit.”  You may view these responsive records by opening the folder titled “Remaining Responsive Records.”

Please note that the City is providing the Facilities Condition Assessment for Fire Station No. 1. Per our phone conversation on December 3, 2019, you clarified that you are seeking records related to Fire Station No. 1 and not other facilities. If you would like records related to other facilities, then please let us know.

Regarding the first portion of your request for the “Most up to date Facilities Condition Audit”, City staff is still working on gathering records and additional time may be required to review these materials for potential exemptions. Please note that a summary of the Facilities Condition Assessment was provided in the November 19th City Council meeting staff report under Attachment 1 - Summary Report for Project Alternatives Analysis on pages 3 and 4.
