Pursuant to my rights under the California Public Records Act (Government Code 6250 et seq.), I ask for a copy of, I believe resides with the Napa Police Department:

 

Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS) data, showing the percentage of each MPDS determinate, Omega through Echo, for the last available financial or calendar year.

 

MPDS failure rate, those calls not given determinates prior to dispatch, for the last available financial or calendar year.
