The City of Napa is in receipt of your February 11, 2020 request for records. City staff has identified responsive records.
Regarding Request #1 and #2, our Building Division does not possess any responsive records related to a Certificate of Occupancy, but our Building Division has located site plans which are responsive to your request. Please note that site plans fall within records that may be inspected but cannot be copied without the written permission of the owner. If you would like to inspect these site plans in person, then please contact our Building Division directly at (707) 257-9540 or visit the Community Development Department located at 1600 First Street, Napa, CA 94559 to set up an appointment for viewing.
Regarding Request #2, our Public Works Department has provided the signed Construction Plans for Register Square. You may view the responsive records by clicking on the link below.
Regarding Requests #3, #4, and #5, our Code Enforcement, Planning, and Fire Prevention divisions did not locate any responsive records related to any open building/zoning/fire code violations.
Regarding Request #6, our Public Works Department has provided the following information: The only planned roadwork in the area will be in FY21-22, the Public Works Paving Program will be paving Wilson Street, south of Third Street, as well as Church Street.
