- For property searches, include the address and Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN), if known.

Please apply for a zoning letter by filling out the application titled "Planning Application Form" and mark the box for zoning letter. You will also need to include a payment for $314.

If you are seeking records under Napa County’s jurisdiction and not within the City of Napa, then please submit your request to Napa County to see if their agency has any responsive records.
You are not required to include any contact information with a request, however if you submit an anonymous request you will not receive updates about your request. City staff will also not be able to contact you if they need clarification on your request and it may be closed without a response.

Responsive records will be delivered by posting to the online system unless another delivery method is requested.
